Private dining at Republic is designed for guests who want great food, easy planning, and a comfortable setting for any occasion. Our restaurant offers private and semi-private rooms that work well for corporate dinners, holiday parties, birthday celebrations, rehearsal dinners, and group dining in Dallas. Each space has its own style, and all of them give you the same service and menu you expect from Republic.
Our team helps you plan the details, from menu selections to timing and room setup. Chef-driven dishes, a full bourbon and cocktail program, and a warm dining room make the space feel personal without losing the energy of the restaurant. Groups of 15 to 130 can enjoy seated dinners, happy hours, or casual gatherings, and we offer set menus to keep things simple for hosts.

The Lounge
Our Lounge area is only reservable for contracted events. This is otherwise a first available seating area. This area is great for Cocktail style events for up to 30 guests. Partial areas can be booked. This area is not private.
Semi Private
For larger groups, our Semi-Private Space accommodates up to 70 guests for a seated dinner or 80 for a reception. Located toward the back of the dining room, it’s visually separated from the main area but remains along the path to the kitchen and restrooms, so full privacy isn’t possible.
Private Dining
Our Private Dining Room seats up to 30 guests for dinner or 40 for a reception-style event. It offers full visual privacy, separated from the main dining room by a curtain. While sound from the restaurant is still present, it’s softly muted to maintain an intimate atmosphere.
